Sales Policy

Please take a moment to read our Sales Policy. It may answer some of your questions!

The below terms apply to all whether it was read, or not.

We reserve the right to deny or cancel any sale at any time if we think the cavy will not be properly cared for

OR

for any other reason we see fit.

Shipping

We currently DO NOT ship our cavies.

We have and will work with reputable transporters. However, transport -if applicable- is the BUYERS responsibility.

Please message us to arrange pick up.

Quality

1.) Show quality - these animals obviously can be shown. The cavy does not have any known disqualifications (According to the Standard of Perfection). We cannot can not guarantee placement of any animal on a judges table.

2.) Brood Quality - I mostly use this term for animals that don't have enough color to show, but have other positive/desired qualities (ex. good density, type) 

3.) Pet Quality - this cavy should NOT be bred, but only enjoyed as a pet. 

Health

We can not guarantee the health of a cavy AFTER it leaves our care. There are too many circumstances that we can NOT control. We do guarantee that the cavy is healthy upon pick up.  If you have any questions about the health of your cavy throughout its life, we will do our best to give you advice!

Availabilty

Last but not least; we do not breed to "fill orders" or supply the pet market. We strictly breed to further improve the Teddy & Teddy Satin breeds according to the standard. All cavies born here (for sale or not) will have a loving and caring home here no matter what.
